Trustline CFO Solutions combines funding advisory with ongoing financial management, building on almost three decades of banking and consultancy experience.
Our story
Trustline was founded to give business owners one place for two things they usually handle separately: raising funding, and keeping their finances clear afterwards.
Mr. Jitindera Rathi began his career in banking with ICICI Bank and IndusInd Bank.
He then set up his own financial consultancy, Jai Enterprises, as a proprietorship.
He established Jai Sidhi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. to help businesses and individuals arrange funding through banks and NBFCs.
Trustline CFO Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated, focused on funding, Virtual CFO and capital advisory.
Our team
Mr. Jitindera Rathi has 28 years of experience in banking and financial consultancy. After working with ICICI Bank and IndusInd Bank, he founded Jai Enterprises and, in 2013, Jai Sidhi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. At Trustline he leads funding structuring, lender relationships and client advisory, with particular experience in working capital, project and builder finance.
Jai Rathi works across banking coordination, business funding, loan documentation and client servicing. He supports business owners and developers through working capital, project finance and retail lending requirements, and on process and client coordination within the firm.
